Job summary

Tenna is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision and roadmap for our IoT-enabled ELD and fleet compliance products. You will work with software/hardware engineers and designers to translate concepts into features and clear acceptance criteria, owning the end-to-end lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, define KPIs, engage with regulatory stakeholders, and shape strategies for FMCSA ELD, HOS, and DVIR workflows in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

7+ years in an analytical, product-focused role.
5+ years delivering products as a Product Manager.
2+ years writing user stories and defining epics.
Experience with B2B SaaS and ELD/IoT preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads and manages the entire feature and product lifecycle from planning, development, and launch.
Owns the product roadmap for ELD and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance features.
Defines product backlog and writes acceptance criteria and user stories.
Collaborates with Engineering and hardware/telematics to ensure compliance workflows and data accuracy.
