Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy, execution, and success of our digital products. You will coordinate across engineering, design, operations, and marketing to align roadmaps with business goals and customer needs.

You will lead initiatives across multiple lines of business, driving user-centric experiences, scalable solutions, and rapid prototyping. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, agile execution, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business, or equivalent education/experience.
• 7+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern PM tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Identify customer needs through research and data analysis.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps with value, feasibility, and impact.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own delivery of roadmap initiatives and manage blockers.
• Define KPIs to measure product success and inform decisions.
• Partner on go-to-market plans with marketing and sales.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
