Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, operations, or related leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI and AI-powered creative workflows with hands-on tools.
• Experience bringing AI/ML products from concept to production and launch.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and governance.
• Excellent judgment to translate strategy into actionable plans and trade-offs.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn product strategy into actionable roadmaps and priorities for Flow Studio.
• Drive roadmap alignment across teams, managing dependencies and risks.
• Capture customer insights and market signals to inform decisions.
• Stay ahead of GenAI trends by experimenting with leading tools and models.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and governance bodies.
• Partner with GTM teams on positioning, readiness, and launch execution.
• Escalate blockers and surface risks to keep initiatives moving.
• Communicate complex AI topics with executive clarity.
