Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or related leadership roles.
• Experience bringing AI/ML or other technically complex products from concept through production and launch.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, governance, and customer-facing teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into execution by translating Flow Studio strategy into clear roadmaps and actions.
• Drive roadmap alignment across teams with transparency on priorities and dependencies.
• Bring the customer perspective by engaging with customers and partners and turning feedback into insights.
• Stay ahead of GenAI landscape by hands-on experiments and tracking new models and workflows.
• Orchestrate across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Trusted AI teams to move initiatives forward.
• Support successful launches with GTM readiness and launch execution.
• Remove blockers in a large, matrixed organization and communicate impact to executives.
