Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Flow Studio (GenAI Products) to translate strategy into action and align roadmaps across teams, driving AI-powered creative workflows for artists and studios worldwide.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Trusted AI, and customers to launch new capabilities, manage dependencies, and communicate impact through executive-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, operations, or program leadership.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI and AI-powered creative workflows with hands-on tool usage.
• Experience taking AI/ML products from concept to launch.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong product judgment and ability to translate strategy into plans with trade-offs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (executive storytelling).
• Organized, proactive with a track record of momentum in fast-moving environments.
• Commitment to responsible AI development with governance collaboration.
• Media & Entertainment, VFX, animation, or creative tech experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into executable roadmaps and prioritize GenAI opportunities.
• Maintain roadmap alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and partners.
• Incorporate customer feedback and market signals into actionable insights.
• Experiment with leading AI tools and monitor models, competitors, and workflows.
• Coordinate multi-team initiatives to keep momentum and remove blockers.
• Partner with GTM teams on positioning, readiness, and launches.
• Escalate risks and navigate matrixed organization to drive decisions.
• Create executive-ready narratives that simplify AI topics for leadership.
