Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Flow Studio (GenAI) to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and drive AI-powered creative workflows for artists and studios worldwide. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Trusted AI, and customers to shape the product from concept to launch.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, stay ahead of the GenAI landscape, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful releases in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI and AI-powered creative workflows with hands-on experience using modern image, video, animation, and AI production tools.
• Experience taking AI/ML products from concept to production and launch.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, governance, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and prioritize trade-offs.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive storytelling.
• Organized, proactive with a track record of creating clarity and momentum in fast-moving environments.
• Commitment to responsible AI development and collaboration with Legal, Trusted AI, and governance teams.
• Media & Entertainment, VFX, animation, gaming, or creative technology experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Translate Flow Studio’s product strategy and GenAI opportunities into roadmaps and priorities.
• Align roadmaps across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and trusted AI teams.
• Engage with customers and partners to translate feedback into actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of GenAI landscape by experimenting with leading tools and tracking models and competitors.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful launches and go-to-market readiness.
• Identify and escalate blockers, risks, and dependencies early.
• Craft executive-ready narratives and presentations to drive alignment.
