Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Flow Studio (GenAI) to lead product strategy and execution across global teams. You will translate customer needs into clear roadmaps, influence engineering, UX, and go-to-market partners, and drive launches in a fast-moving AI landscape.

Ideally you have 8+ years in product leadership, deep knowledge of generative AI for creative workflows, and a track record delivering complex cross-functional programs from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or related leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI for creative workflows and hands-on experience with AI-powered production tools.
• Experience bringing AI/ML or other complex products from concept through launch.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, governance, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Turn Flow Studio's strategy into actionable roadmaps and decisions.
• Maintain roadmap alignment across teams and manage dependencies and risks.
• Engage customers and partners to translate feedback into insights and priorities.
• Stay ahead of GenAI landscape by exploring leading AI tools and models.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Trusted AI stakeholders.
• Partner with GTM teams on positioning, readiness, and launch execution.
• Remove blockers in a large matrixed organization and escalate when needed.
• Communicate with impact using exec-ready narratives and visuals.
