• Proven track record shipping high-quality design in consumer products or creator/marketplace platforms.
• Strong design craft judgment with ability to elevate team work.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and retaining senior IC designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow a small team of senior designers, fostering craft and ownership.
• Personally own high-leverage design work and ship it.
• Set design vision and ensure consistent quality across the team.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align design with business priorities.
• Own hiring and team composition for the area as the business scales.
• Establish and evolve craft standards and design operating rhythms.
• Represent design in cross-functional forums and translate work into business impact.
