- Lead, coach, and develop Engineering Managers and senior ICs.
- Set technical direction and standards for user-facing systems.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmaps and translate vision into plans.
- Drive delivery excellence with prioritized, high-impact work.
- Guide architectural decisions for front-end and full-stack systems.
