Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Principal Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience strategy for our mobile app, shaping how members manage their health daily. You will invent interaction patterns for agentic AI in healthcare from scratch, setting a new standard for design in this field.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence product roadmaps, and drive quality across interaction, visual design, copy, and systems thinking, with a focus on real health outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product/UX design experience with craft across interaction design, visual design and systems thinking.
• Experience designing agentic AI experiences that take action autonomously for users.
• Proven ability to design 0-to-1 original interaction patterns in spaces with no prior art.
• Inventive and courageous design leadership with a track record of recognized work.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• US work authorization; remote work eligibility within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive mission-critical design initiatives with long timelines that shape business direction.
• Pioneer agentic UX from 0 to 1—define new interaction patterns for proactive AI systems.
• Shape product roadmaps with cross-functional partners from a design-led perspective.
• Own the full craft end to end: IA, interaction, visual design, copy, and validation.
• Mentor designers and collaborate with senior stakeholders to elevate design standards.
