Ladders is seeking a Principal Product Manager Growth to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. You will shape product priorities and partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to deliver measurable outcomes in a regulated financial services environment. Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with B2C experience in high-scale consumer services.
• Proven success in optimizing complex conversion funnels through strategy and analytics.
• Strong quantitative evaluation skills for interpreting funnel data and user segmentation.
• Expertise in experimental design, including A/B testing and funnel analysis.
• Intuitive understanding of consumer behavior in high-stakes decisions.
• Ability to navigate between high-level strategic and detailed tactical inquiries.
• Demonstrated capability in managing cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the strategy for the credit conversion experience from start to funding.
