Job summary

Chime is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead Top of Funnel Lending. This platform role spans loans, credit cards, lines of credit, and future products, owning how members discover, register for, and get approved for credit.

You’ll set acquisition and conversion strategy across the lending portfolio, partner across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Marketing, and drive end-to-end impact for growth.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience leading consumer product strategy and execution for high-impact digital products.
• Direct experience growing the top of funnel for lending products at a major consumer business with measurable results.
• Proven track record owning complex product areas with growth, monetization, or financial products.
• Experience working with credit bureaus, affiliates, and acquisition marketplaces.
• Experience building complex consumer financial platforms or fintech products.
• Strong product intuition backed by data, with prioritization and tradeoff skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and execs.

Responsibilities

• Own the lending top-of-funnel strategy and roadmap end-to-end.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance.
• Define acquisition and channel strategy to optimize CAC.
• Build and scale registration flows and onboarding experiences for lending.
• Partner with Product Marketing to optimize channels and conversion.
