Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Principal Product Manager for ClickHouse Cloud to lead the development and delivery of the product. You will work closely with engineering, customers, and stakeholders to drive the roadmap and ensure a competitive cloud-native database offering.

You will collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales to enable feature launches, contribute to content, and shape product messaging. You will define KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in cloud-based SaaS
• Strong background in database systems, distributed systems, or real-time analytics
• Hands-on SQL and understanding of query execution, indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning
• Experience with ClickHouse and other major databases
• Understanding of data infrastructure: data lakes, ETL, CDC

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud, focusing on cloud-native database capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize improvements to core engine, storage, and query optimizer
• Engage with customers to gather insights and guide product decisions
• Work with design, marketing, operations, and sales on launches and messaging
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success
• Serve as primary product communications contact to manage expectations
