ClickHouse is seeking a Director of Product Management to define the multi-year strategy for the ClickHouse Cloud platform. You will lead the product direction for cloud-native capabilities, multi-region replication, and disaster recovery, while partnering with Engineering to scale with customer needs.

You will coach PMs, align with Design, Sales, Marketing, Support, and CS to deliver compelling launches, and balance long-term investments with current priorities across the platform.

Formación

• 10+ years of Product Management experience defining strategy for cloud infrastructure or database products.
• Ability to influence product direction across multiple engineering teams and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and modern data infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Define the multi-year strategy and roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud.
• Lead product direction for cloud capabilities such as multi-region replication and disaster recovery.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success for launches.
• Balance long-term platform investments with near-term customer commitments.
• Represent ClickHouse with executives and customers, articulating strategy and risks.
• Communicate trade-offs and progress to stakeholders.
