Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Principal National Support Engineer II to lead advanced technical incident resolution across our healthcare imaging and information systems, including PACS, VNA, and related platforms. This role acts as SME and collaborates with TAC, development, and customers.

You will mentor engineers, provide training on new software releases, and ensure timely, documented resolutions while supporting domestic and international partners.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred with 6+ years industry experience or Bachelor’s with 8+ years experience or 10+ years overall.
• Leading industry certifications include Security+, VCP, CISCO, Oracle, Microsoft and AWS.
• Minimum ten years progressive experience in Medical IT or Imaging products.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution efforts end-to-end for critical customer cases.
• Act as SME for specific product areas, guiding peers and junior engineers.
• Mentor and train TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams on advanced topics.
• Review and triage escalations from TAC and International Partners to development.
• Provide on-call technical support to TAC, PE, or UE teams after hours.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve complex issues and publish KB articles.
