designIQ seeks a senior creative leader to move beyond execution and counsel clients and internal teams on creative strategy and enablement. The Principal Multimedia Designer will shape standards, support sales conversations, and mentor the design team, ensuring high-quality work across media and channels.

The role requires agency-level experience, strong multimedia capabilities, and excellent communication to influence without direct authority while collaborating with leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• Portfolio must show advanced creative work across multiple media types and demonstrate strong design thinking.
• Significant professional experience in multimedia design, advertising, agency creative, or related field.
• Proven ability to create and guide agency-level creative across print, digital, social, video, branding, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as creative counsel and strategic design partner to the Sr. Director of Creative Operations.
• Support sales calls, discovery calls, partner meetings, and client-facing conversations where creative expertise is needed.
• Translate client goals, sales objectives, and business challenges into clear creative recommendations.
• Provide creative direction on complex, high-value, or strategically important work.
• Create, review, or advise on agency-level creative across print, digital, social, video, branding, and campaigns.
