ICF Next, a leading creative agency within ICF, is seeking a senior creative leader to drive ideas from concept to production across major client engagements. You’ll shape visual direction, push ambitious thinking, and unite writers, designers, strategists and producers around a shared ambition.

You’ll mentor teams, manage multi-channel campaigns, and present with clarity, while maintaining high standards and building strong client relationships.

Formación

• 12+ years of creative experience in an agency or design studio with senior‑level leadership.
• A portfolio showing exceptional conceptual thinking, art direction, design craft and integrated creative work.
• Experience leading creative teams across multiple channels and managing complex projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Find the idea and set the visual direction across campaigns.
• Lead teams across digital, social, film, video, experiential and paid media.
• Inspire and mentor creatives and provide constructive feedback.
• Present ideas with clarity and conviction and build client relationships.
