Job summary

Biogen is seeking a Principal IT Analyst to design, build, and maintain Veeva Vault RIM. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver upgrades, enhancements, and new modules, ensuring regulatory compliance and user satisfaction.

This leadership role combines technology delivery with business process understanding. You will mentor teams, drive strategic roadmaps with ITSO, and explore AI-enabled improvements while maintaining strong stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, incl. 2+ years in Veeva RIM administration.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of RIM platforms; relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong data analytics, reporting skills (PowerBI/Tableau/Excel).
• Experience in incident and change management processes.
• Understanding of SAFe Agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement complex enhancements to Veeva Vault RIM and add modules as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements and reduce rework.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and assess impact.
• Develop strategies for system, data, and application integration; ensure proper interfaces.
• Mentor teams and coordinate internal and external resources for delivery.
• Research emerging technologies (including AI) to support initiatives.
