Job summary

Biogen, Inc. is seeking a Principal IT Analyst to design, implement, and maintain Veeva Vault RIM. You will work with business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver upgrades and new modules aligned with strategic roadmaps.

You will translate requirements into functional specs, drive system integration, and mentor teams. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, quality service delivery, and enterprise IT leadership across a transformed Employee Experience landscape.

Qualifications

5+ years IT experience including 2 years in Veeva RIM administration and service delivery.
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Expert knowledge of RIM platforms with relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement complex enhancements to Veeva Vault RIM, including new modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate requirements and testing.
Develop data and application integrations with proper interfaces.
Provide oversight and mentor development teams.
Lead third-party resources in analysis, design, and deployment activities.
Research emerging technologies including AI to support initiatives.
Advise IT and business management on technology trends.
Test new applications and releases; suggest enhancements for optimization.
Support M&A/divestiture activities with data extraction/imports as needed.
