Job summary

Biogen seeks a Principal IT Analyst to design, build, and maintain Veeva Vault RIM within a regulatory, performance-driven environment. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver upgrades, new modules, and integrations aligned to strategic roadmaps.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, mentor developers, and ensure system compliance and user satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery across Biogen's RIM landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with 2+ years in Veeva RIM administration and service delivery.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of RIM platforms with relevant certifications preferred.
• Proficient in data analytics, reporting and BI tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Understanding of SAFe Agile, incident and change management processes.
• Strong communication with business leaders and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement complex enhancements and updates to Veeva Vault RIM including new modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements and reduce rework.
• Develop strategy for system integration and data interfaces with proper design.
• Oversee and mentor development teams and external resources.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and impact analysis.
• Provide guidance on technology trends and best practices for regulatory compliance.
