The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of software engineering experience, expert-level proficiency in Go, and a deep understanding of identity protocols. You will work closely with teams to establish standards and mentor junior engineers.

This position offers a compensation range of $235,200 - $294,000 and allows for remote work.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Go with gRPC microservices experience.
• Deep knowledge of identity protocols with track record at cloud scale.
• Hands-on experience in designing key management infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to operate multi-tenant systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for IAM and KMS.
• Design high-availability identity and key management services.
• Architect secure token exchange patterns for AI workflows.
• Deliver a robust multi-tenant KMS with fine-grained control.
