Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Principal HL7 Integration Engineer to lead complex HL7 integration projects within the Synapse product family. You will architect end-to-end HL7 solutions, coordinate with multi-vendor teams, and drive data migrations, mappings, and validation across hospital environments.

The role requires expert HL7/DICOM/FHIR knowledge, strong scripting and interface-engine experience, and demonstrated leadership in cross-functional settings.

Qualifications

• Extensive HL7 integration experience in healthcare environments.
• Experience with HL-7 v2, DICOM, and FHIR.
• Proficiency with interface engines and data transformation scripting.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and PACS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead HL7 integration projects across Synapse product lines.
• Design end-to-end HL7 integration architectures (inbound/outbound/bidirectional).
• Perform data migrations and interface integration.
• Develop reusable integration patterns and secure communications.
• Create customer-specific solution designs and validation plans.
• Mentor teammates and participate in SME programs.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.
