As a new Principal, you will join an exceptionally skilled team dedicated to supporting clients with a wide range of environmental challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your consulting and business development expertise to drive innovative and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Seek and capitalize on business development prospects while fostering strong client relationships.
  2. Oversee projects, clients, and team members, ensuring smooth interactions with regulatory agencies.
  3. Analyze and strategically assess project requirements and relevant environmental regulations at local, state, and federal levels, effectively communicating the results.
  4. Ensure successful project delivery, which may involve site visits, preparing deliverables, and conducting senior reviews.
  5. Act as a role model and mentor junior staff members.
Qualifications:
  1. BS/MS in Environmental Engineering or related field.
  2. PE/PG preferred.
  3. 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting with a successful record of business development.
