Location:

Remote within the Western Region - New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, California, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Washington, or Oregon.

Job Summary:

The Environmental Market Manager (Western Region) is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for the Environmental market (including waste water, water treatment, ENV aftermarket sales, and environmental OEMs), as well as growing SEEPEX Inc. sales and margins in this market. Area included in the Western Region: New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, California, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Environmental Sales Channel Partners to increase sales revenue.
  • Manage Environmental Sales Opportunities through the sales cycle and assist partners in closing projects.
  • Utilize analytics and dashboards for review meetings.
  • Make joint sales calls with partners to promote Seepex products & services, and manage OEM relationships.
  • Educate partners and engineers about Seepex products and specifications.
  • Maintain relationships with key biosolids and pump personnel within engineering firms.
  • Review specifications, position products, and gain advantages on bid jobs.
  • Direct aftermarket sales partners and team members to call on plants as needed.
  • Analyze competitors and record differences.
  • Select and recommend equipment for environmental applications.
  • Hold pre-bid meetings, review pricing, and track project bids and results.
  • Develop competitive presentations and stay informed of competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience selling value-based services.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, including public speaking.
  • Interpersonal skills for relationship maintenance.
  • Ability to learn and utilize product information effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferences:
  • 3+ years sales experience in municipal or industrial water/wastewater, environmental services, construction, energy, or engineering industries.
Travel & Work:
  • Remote with travel up to 70%.
Pay Range:

$90,000-$110,000 annually, plus bonuses and incentives, based on skills and location.
