Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide technology and business architecture, partnering with executives, product managers, and delivery teams to drive transformation and operational excellence. The role is remote with preference for Eastern or Central Time zones and requires travel up to 50% during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of equivalent experience as a technical consultant including supervisory experience.
• Experience presenting information/assessments/recommendations to senior executives.
• Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and hybrid/on-prem environments.
• Familiarity with TOGAF and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translates strategic business goals into actionable enterprise architecture blueprints and capability models.
• Guides multi-disciplinary teams in designing and delivering integrated, end-to-end solutions across business domains, platforms, and ecosystems.
• Identifies and manages architectural risks, technical debt, and complexity, ensuring long-term health and agility of the enterprise landscape.
• Establishes and promotes architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures to drive consistency and reuse.
• Influences investment decisions and prioritization through architecture assessments and roadmaps.
