The Enterprise Architecture Enablement Principal is a senior individual contributor responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions. This role requires deep expertise in business architecture, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization. The Principal works closely with leadership to ensure that architecture strategies align with and drive the company’s business goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Project Leadership: Lead the execution of architecture initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Solution Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement architecture solutions that meet the organization’s needs.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their development and growth within the team.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture processes, tools, and methodologies.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, information systems, or a related field.

• Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.

Domicile Information

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preference is to be hybrid in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA.
