CHS Career Site is seeking a Principal Engineer for the Genesys Cloud CX platform to shape architecture, drive long-term technical strategy, and lead senior engineering efforts across contact center solutions.

You will partner with Architecture, Network, DevOps, Security, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure resilient, scalable, and compliant deployments while mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar across teams.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in contact center, cloud, or enterprise platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on with Genesys Cloud CX: routing, Architect, Admin, Analytics, WEM, Digital, Voice.
• Strong cloud-native architectures and distributed systems understanding.
• Proven design of large-scale, mission-critical contact center environments.
• REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and event streaming experience.
• Telephony concepts: SIP, VoIP, PSTN, call flows, QoS.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary technical authority for the Genesys Cloud CX platform.
• Define and maintain reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices for contact center solutions.
• Lead complex platform designs including routing, IVR/Architect flows, WEM, digital channels, and analytics.
• Evaluate new Genesys features, releases, and integrations; provide recommendations and adoption roadmaps.
• Provide long-term cost forecasting and capacity planning for the platform.
• Oversee integration patterns between Genesys, telephony carriers, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
