Digitalt3 Software Services is seeking a Principal Engineer to serve as a technical anchor for our AI-first engineering organization. You will drive architecture, standards, and scalable solutions across full-stack and AI initiatives, collaborating with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on when needed.

The role emphasizes leadership in building robust systems, API design, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on GenAI and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including senior/lead roles.
• Deep full-stack development with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong backend skills in Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js.
• Terraform and CI/CD pipelines expertise.
• Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with API design, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Ability to influence technical direction and drive standards.
• Proven track record building GenAI/LLM applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for large-scale full-stack initiatives.
• Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices across teams.
• Implement full-stack features with React/Next.js/TypeScript frontend and Python/Node.js backend.
• Architect and oversee microservices, APIs, and integration strategies.
• Own and evolve AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure with Terraform.
• Lead containerization, orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Drive reliability, security, and cost optimization across services.
• Estimate projects and guide planning in agile sprints with Jira.
• Mentor engineers and champion high engineering standards.
