Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of quantitative analysis, modeling, and experimentation at scale.
• Expertise in SQL and Python with experience in big data environments.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term data strategy for the Rentals Shopping pillar and identify high-impact opportunities.
• Elevate rigor in modeling and experimentation to enable high-confidence decisions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design leaders to translate analysis into strategic actions.
• Lead analytical work in key areas like search relevance, ranking, and personalization; design robust A/B tests.
• Apply AI techniques, including LLMs, to accelerate data science velocity and scale solutions.
• Coach data scientists and provide technical leadership across teams.
