Job summary

Zillow Rentals is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Listings to define the strategy for sourcing, ingesting, enriching, and scoring rental inventory. You will partner with feed engineering for data quality and platform reliability, driving a high-visibility product that differentiates Zillow's rental selection.

This role focuses on building a deeper, richer inventory, expanding coverage across channels, and forming content partnerships that improve accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Product Management role focused on consumer-facing technology products.
• Experience with marketplace and/or e-commerce strategies.
• Experience managing data quality, completeness scoring, and data pipelines is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage data/content partnerships at scale and negotiate with third parties.
• Strong communication skills, with cross-functional influence across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy for listings completeness, quality, and pricing transparency to drive renter trust and conversion.
• Drive coverage and inventory growth across channels and property types.
• Lead data/content partnerships, negotiating, onboarding, and optimizing third-party data sources.
• Collaborate with feed engineering to ensure pipeline reliability and scalability while balancing roadmap and escalations.
