Job summary

Humana invites a Principal Data Enterprise Architect to define and drive the enterprise data strategy and architecture. You will move from fragmented integrations to domain-driven data products, establish target architecture, data products, and systems of record, and create a migration roadmap.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to ensure data ownership, governance, and enterprise-wide data consumption for digital, analytics, and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise or data architecture.
• Proven leadership in large-scale data transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with data integration patterns, including APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to define enterprise roadmaps and execute across complex organizations.
• Expertise in data governance, data modeling, and systems of record.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
