Job summary

Humana is seeking a Principal Data Enterprise Architect to define and drive the enterprise data strategy, moving from legacy point-to-point integrations to a domain-driven data product model. You will establish target architecture, data products, and systems of record while guiding cross-functional teams.

This senior role reports to an Associate VP, Enterprise Architecture and focuses on governance, standards, and modernization across data platforms, analytics, and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or data architecture.
• Proven leadership in large-scale data transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with data integration patterns and cloud data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to define enterprise roadmaps and execute across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define Enterprise Data Strategy & Architecture aligned to business strategy.
• Drive Data Product Operating Model with standards for ownership and lifecycle.
• Develop a multi-year transformation roadmap to modernize data platforms and integrations.
• Lead Enterprise Data Modernization with scalable, real-time data patterns.
• Governance and Standards partnerships to ensure quality and compliance.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Change Leadership to drive adoption of new data products.
