Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or data architecture with deep expertise.
• Proven leadership in large-scale data transformation initiatives (data platforms, integrations, or migrations).
• Strong experience with data integration patterns, including APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to define enterprise roadmaps and execute across complex organizations.
• Expertise in data governance, data modeling, and systems of record.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define Enterprise Data Strategy & Architecture; establish target architecture and vision.
• Design the transition from legacy point-to-point integrations to domain-aligned data products.
• Partner with Data Governance Office to define standards for data products, ownership, lifecycle, quality, and consumption models.
• Establish systems of record and authoritative data sources across domains.
• Build a prioritized, multi-year transformation roadmap to modernize data platforms and integrations.
• Sequence migration of consumers from legacy data assets to modern data products.
• Drive adoption of scalable, event-driven, real-time data patterns; evaluate data platforms and integration technologies.
• Establish enterprise data governance frameworks, standards, and metrics; ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Align business and IT leaders on data ownership, priorities, and adoption strategies.
• Provide architectural leadership and mentoring across data, integration, and domain teams.
