Job summary

Trilon is seeking a hands-on Data Architect to shape the enterprise data foundation for the Trilon Digital Platform. You will lead the design and evolution of data architecture to enable secure, scalable access across our firms, enterprise systems, and digital products.

The role requires deep expertise in modern data platforms, data modeling, integration and governance, with a delivery mindset. You will define long-term data architecture while partnering with engineering teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in modern data platforms, data modeling, integration, and governance.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the data architecture for the Trilon Digital Platform, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and flexibility.
• Design cloud-based data platforms including data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses, and scalable processing capabilities.
• Establish reusable patterns for ingesting, transforming and integrating data from enterprise systems and third-party sources.
• Develop enterprise data models, definitions, and relationships across key domains (projects, clients, employees, financials, engineering).
• Establish data quality, ownership, lineage, metadata management, and access controls in partnership with stakeholders.
• Enable reusable datasets, data services, and APIs supporting products, analytics, automation, and workflows.
• Design data architectures that support AI applications, knowledge retrieval, and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams on solution design, architecture reviews, and decisions.
• Develop an incremental data architecture roadmap balancing immediate needs with long-term capabilities.
• Partner with Platform Architect, Product, Engineering, IT to align data investments with business outcomes.
