Job summary

Clario in the United States seeks a Principal Customer Education Specialist to act as a subject matter expert for a designated therapeutic area and product line, guiding sponsors, customers, and internal stakeholders to create innovative training solutions that drive customer success.

You will lead readiness initiatives, design global training plans, deliver capability presentations, review study contracts, and collaborate with Education leadership to continuously improve customer education

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or certification in education, business, human resources or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate training environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the clinical trial industry.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for designated therapeutic area and product line.
Partner with Business Development to recommend customer training strategies and deliver capability presentations.
Review study contracts and develop training plans at study start-up and throughout the lifecycle.
Advocate for customer education services and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor quality metrics and recommend targeted training interventions.
Lead product and organizational readiness initiatives and coordinate deliverables.
