Job summary

Clario, a Thermo Fisher Scientific unit, seeks a Principal Customer Education Specialist to serve as SME for a designated therapeutic area or product line, guiding sponsors, customers, and internal teams to design innovative training that drives customer success.

You will partner with Business Development to shape training strategies, review study contracts, and lead readiness initiatives across studies, ensuring high-quality education services and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in education, business, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a corporate training environment.
• Minimum 5 years in the clinical trial industry.
• SME in a therapeutic area/product line.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for designated therapeutic area and product line.
• Partner to recommend training strategies and deliver capability presentations.
• Review study contracts and develop training plans.
• Advocate for customer education services and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor quality metrics and propose targeted training interventions.
• Lead product and organizational readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with key customers to design global training plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support business growth.
• Promote continuous improvement and cost-conscious decisions.
