• Time Management: Exceptional planning and the ability to maintain multi-workstream engagements on track and on budget
• Collaboration: Working effectively in cross-functional teams and leading engaging workshops

• Deep Domain Knowledge: Expertise in at least one industry segment (e.g., Consumer Goods, Retail, Restaurants, Airlines)
• Functional Expertise: Experienced in one or more of: Merchandising/commercial excellence, marketing, supply chain, or innovation
• Operations & Process Understanding: Hands-on ability to map business processes and design improvements
• Digital & Technology Literacy: Awareness of SaaS platforms, data platforms, data analytics, AI, and core systems in the industry
• Ability to Carry Solutions Through to Sale: Not just framing the problem on slides, but understanding the solution deeply enough to help shape it, explain it, actively sell it to stakeholders and deliver engagements driving established outcomes
• Client-First Mindset: Consistently framing work in terms of client outcomes and trade-offs

Responsibilities

• Navigate client pushback with composure, reading team dynamics and adapting approach as needed
• Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Shape, explain, and help sell proposed solutions to stakeholders, driving engagements toward established outcomes
• Frame all workstreams around client outcomes and trade-offs rather than deliverables alone
