Job summary
Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Advisor Application Designer to lead design, development, testing, and installation of complex database applications across server, client, and web components. You will align architects and developers, ensuring flexible, reusable solutions that meet client needs.
The role demands senior expertise in application design, web development, and healthcare technologies with a strong leadership presence.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of application, web and product design and support across the development life cycle.
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare technologies.
- Expertise in software and product design methodologies, programming languages, operating systems, web development and application implementation.
- Experience with costing/budgets to determine financial feasibility.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills across developers, customers, support personnel and management.
- Effective leadership and mentoring of contributors.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams and design, develop, test and install complex database applications — with server, client and web components.
- Oversee relationships between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements yield flexible, reusable system components.
- Write highly complex design, coding and testing documentation for purpose-built technical products.
- Act as SME in development, domain, application design and database methodologies and best practices.
- Provide clients with technical consulting on highly complex projects by refining existing apps and designing new modules and components.
- Mentor and guide less experienced application designers.
