Granicus, a remote-first GovTech leader, is seeking a high-impact engineer to own the generator-verifier architecture for AI-driven delivery. You will define orchestration across an array of autonomous agents, ensure security boundaries, and drive eval-driven development with a formal gate before agent-generated code reaches production.

Ideal candidates combine architecture at scale, strong CI/CD and security expertise, and hands-on experience with LLM agents in production.

Qualifications

• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems with clear accountability.
• Strong CI/CD and developer-platform expertise for high-volume pipelines.
• Hands-on security architecture within auditable boundaries.
• Experience operating LLM agents in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the generator-verifier architecture for scalable AI delivery.
• Define orchestration patterns and secure state handling for agents.
• Build and operate CI/CD for high-volume agent PRs with human review as gate.
• Establish eval-driven development as the default discipline.
• Own the security boundary with in-VPC inference and strict permissions.
• Serve as final accountability gate ensuring code reaches production only after review.
• Define engineering standards and patterns adopted by all teams.
• Govern graduated autonomy with measurable reliability criteria.
