GE Aerospace's Commercial Engine Services BI team seeks a Principal Software Engineer to design and build full-stack AI-powered analytics applications that turn operation data into actionable insights. You will lead front-end and back-end development, embed AI features, and push production-grade solutions with strong collaboration across BI, data, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience building and shipping full-stack applications to production.
Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications across the full software lifecycle: requirements, implementation, testing, documentation, and production support.
Build responsive front ends and back-end services deployed to the cloud.
Embed AI features, ML models, and LLM APIs into production applications to enhance insights and decision-making.
Mentor and coach junior software engineers and BI developers; translate business problems into project plans.
Lead application projects of moderate to high complexity, guiding others and influencing technical direction.
