Job summary

Optiv seeks a Principal AI Advisor to partner with clients, designing scalable AI security programs and leading security strategy across AI initiatives. You will work with domain experts to deliver pragmatic security solutions tailored to each client’s environment.

You’ll drive thought leadership, collaborate across Optiv’s portfolio, and guide sales opportunities while maintaining strong executive relationships within client organizations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent and applicable work experience.
• Ten years minimum in information security roles with consulting/advisory or leadership experience.
• Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate in a fast-changing, adaptable team environment.
• Strong understanding of AI threats and security controls as they relate to AI solutions.
• Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI security advisory services and sales opportunities across Optiv's client base.
• Maintain expert knowledge of clients' security environments and risk appetites.
• Identify AI security concerns and map them to Optiv’s strategic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop security programs aligned to ROI and business goals.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and co-create security roadmaps with clients.
• Represent Optiv at events and contribute thought leadership on AI security.
