Pantheon Health System, LLC is seeking a Primary Care PA/NP to join our Oklahoma City team. This role offers flexibility for charting remotely from home or a dedicated workspace while providing comprehensive primary care.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree with an active Oklahoma NP/PA license and board certification. Competitive compensation and benefits are included in a full-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive primary care evaluations with history and exam.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness services.
• Explain diagnoses and treatment options to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
