Pantheon Health System, LLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic team in Oklahoma. This full-time role focuses on comprehensive primary care, emphasizing prevention, diagnosis, and long-term health management within a collaborative, team-based environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree or higher from an accredited NP/PA program, active Oklahoma licensure, national board certification, and DEA registration (or eligibility).

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the State of Oklahoma.
• National board certification: NP (FNP-BC or AGPCNP-BC) or PA (NCCPA).
• DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive primary care evaluations, including history-taking and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness services.
• Explain diagnoses, test results, treatment options, and outcomes to patients and caregivers.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR.
