Ladders is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide hands-on primary care in a modern outpatient setting, with a mix of in-person, testing center, and telehealth visits. The clinician will partner with in-office and remote care teams to deliver coordinated, human-centered care while supporting quality outcomes.

The schedule includes four days in clinic and one remote day, with opportunities to build procedural skills and ongoing clinical learning.

Formación

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Active California state licensure by the start date.
• 2 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 5 years, or 1 year plus fellowship or urgent care experience.
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse patient panel with a variety of clinical needs
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and occasional telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and ongoing learning opportunities
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams during daily huddles
• Use clinical training to perform in-office procedures
• Obtain additional state licensure to support virtual primary care
