Qualifications

• Current valid NP license in OK.
• Graduate of an accredited NP program.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient records.
• Provide outpatient services by appointment.
• Perform preventive health maintenance for adults.
• Conduct well-woman exams and associated education.
• Educate patients on disease processes and healthy habits.
• Maintain knowledge of immunization schedules and clinic protocols.
• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Maintain licensure, prescriptive authority, and DEA numbers.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.
