Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Virtual Care team on a per-diem basis. This remote role delivers video-only visits across urgent care, behavioral health and chronic disease management, with AWVs and exams handled from home.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, MA NP/PA license, DEA and MCSR registrations, and board certification.

• Current Massachusetts NP or PA license; active DEA & MCSR registrations.
• Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct video-only virtual visits across a full range of patient needs: urgent/acute, behavioral health, chronic disease management, AWVs and exams.
• Provide high-quality, convenient virtual care across multiple practices and regions.
• Document care in Epic and participate in flexible rotating shifts.
