Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care with physicians setting their own weekly schedule. compensation is per completed consult, with pay rising as visit times shorten, and full contractor status (1099) with licensing cost coverage and malpractice insurance.

The role supports addiction care and broader telehealth services across the U.S., requiring physicians licensed in five states and capable of 15+ hours weekly across at least four days.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preferred: AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX) with willingness to obtain more; licensing support provided.
• Telehealth experience or high-volume practice.
• Willingness to commit 15+ hours weekly across at least four days with advanced scheduling.
• Strong communication and clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; training provided.
• Active DEA registration and state CSL where required.
• Interest in expanding access to care, especially underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered virtual care with thorough history, assessment, and treatment.
• Build strong doctor-patient relationships and deliver compassionate care.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support decisions.
• Prescribe medications per policy; buprenorphine allowed for OUD per guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telemedicine innovations and medical advances.
