Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own schedule within a weekly framework, work from anywhere, and are paid per consult as 1099 contractors.

The role supports addiction care and other telehealth services with full training, a streamlined EMR, and dedicated provider-support team. Hours are 15–20 weekly with earnings based on visit length.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days
• Strong communication and clinical excellence
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL
• Interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care with patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications as appropriate (no CS except buprenorphine for OUD)
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
