Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited seeks a Pricing Strategist to support daily supply chain and logistics operations, coordinating shipments, tracking inventory movements, and maintaining accurate system records.

The role involves creating and unifying pricing across platforms, evaluating competition, and building pricing models for government and commercial customers. Collaboration with Product Directors, Sales Managers and Finance is essential to drive profitable proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 1–2 years related experience in Pricing, Contracts, Cost Analysis, RFPs.
• Heavy MS Excel user with statistical analysis, pivots, charts.
• Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS CRM and Great Plains.
• Macros/Templates skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to multitask and collaborate across teams.
• Occasional weekend on-call availability.
• Background checks may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard contract pricing.
• Develop pricing infrastructure across multiple platforms and work toward unification.
• Evaluate competitive pricing.
• Prepare pricing proposals and quotes in Microsoft CRM for RFPs.
• Collaborate with Product Directors and Sales Managers on pricing proposals.
• Design pricing models for partnerships and direct business.
• Prepare cost/profitability analyses on quotes/RFPs.
• Create reports on weekly/monthly bid activity by product/service.
