Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Pricing & Margin Analyst for the Charlotte-Remote role to drive gross margin improvements through pricing analytics and audits. You will monitor pricing and margin performance, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing actions and track impact on gross profit for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field relevant to finance and pricing.
• 2+ years of hands-on pricing analysis or data reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day margin audits by analyzing pricing, cost, volume, and product mix to identify profit-impacting trends.
• Categorize findings into root causes and recommend pricing changes or process improvements.
• Partner with Pricing, Finance, Sales, Product Management, and regional teams to implement actions and communicate findings.
